《007》游戏或将创新融合第一人称与第三人称视角
According to job listings found by various media outlets, the James Bond game may feature a mix of first-person and third-person perspectives. IO Interactive is hiring for several positions (22 to be exact) including a Senior Level Designer (Combat), with requirements mentioning "focus on combat scenes in either third-person or first-person."
IO Interactive is no stranger to first-person gameplay, having recently showcased Hitman 3 VR and having supported first-person play in previous Hitman games such as Blood Money.
MachineGames, the developer behind the Wolfenstein series, also recently announced an Indiana Jones game that will feature first-person gameplay, setting it apart from other similar games like Uncharted and Tomb Raider.
In addition, IO Interactive has high standards for the animation quality of its James Bond game. The team is currently hiring an Animation Director, Gameplay Animator, and Facial Animator, among other positions listed on the company's website.
The studio's Twitter account shared statements from members of the animation team in order to attract potential applicants. Senior Gameplay Animator Joshua Andrew Gleaves said:
"We're pushing gameplay animation to heights never seen before. It's a challenging but rewarding job because the team pushes each other to constantly reach new heights. You'll help solidify Bond's animation and the world we're creating on an exciting new canvas."
